BRIAN DIENER

Brian is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities in Southern California for Advanced Real Estate. Before joining Advanced, Brian served as an Acquisitions Analyst at FPA Multifamily where he gained valuable experience in evaluating investment opportunities. Brian was actively involved in the acquisition of over 12,000 units, representing over $2.5 billion in value. Prior to his role at FPA Multifamily, Brian worked as an Associate Director of Investment Sales at Berkadia, a renowned real estate services company. During his tenure at Berkadia, Brian assisted in facilitating numerous multifamily transactions and negotiating complex deals.

Brian received his B.S. in Finance with a specialization in Real Estate from San Diego State University. Outside of his professional endeavors, Brian is an active member of several industry associations and regularly participates in events to stay well-informed of the latest trends and developments in real estate. Brian's meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of the real estate market enables him to identify high-potential assets, contributing significantly to the growth and success of Advanced.
