RICHARD JULIAN

Richard Julian began his professional real estate career in February of 1977 with the firm Wm. McCabe Inc., a builder-oriented firm that specialized in acreage development and new home sales.



Mr. Julian focused on income property and development and was continually searching for potential sites and overseeing the processing of project entitlements and land development of subdivisions. In 1981, he formed Advanced Realtors.

Mr. Julian’s personal investment experience includes past and present real estate holdings in excess of one billion dollars. Some of the ventures include warehouse projects, school acquisitions and conversions, tract and semi-custom home developments, condominium conversions, parking operations, and numerous apartment, hotel, office, and industrial holdings. Mr. Julian has a broad educational background in finance, as well as in real estate law and real estate economics. He has lived in Southern California since 1953 and has numerous business affiliations with local firms and individuals. His creativity, flexibility, and knowledge of real estate basics have made it possible to conclude record transactions.
